Midwest Supplies has a few pdf files that gives some good "how to" background info on the kegs and bungs. I bought the 2 piece bungs from them after I bought a few min-kegs off craigslist. I think they are pretty cool - we'll see how well they perform relative to the bottles I used for the same batch.
