Considering that I just found out that we will be getting a 4 day weekend instead of a three day weekend, I definitely forsee a two batch day.

Edit: The extra day off warrants the following.....

I got 10 gallons of Haus Ale ready for Sat(5 for myself and 5 for the neighbor), 5 of an Orange Kolsch and 3 of a American Wheat done with Pacman. Brewing a Fat Tire clone on sunday. I'm all set!!! Plus picking up 3 rack of ribs 2marrow.

I'm going to be brewing up a 5 gallon batch of Fizzy Yellow Beer on Friday, and hopefully getting the first finished taste of my amber this weekend.

11 gal batch. 6 gallons Organic Porter, and 5 gallons of Graff.

Complication/Resolution is I have a 7.5 gallon kettle. For the Graff, I'm using 1.5 gallons out of 8.75 gallons pre-boil wort runnings. With 4 gallons of apple juice, this gives you 11 gallons post boil product in one day.

The fire is stoked and I'm good to go on Friday.
