Default 4 gallons of homebrew wit!

Instead of the usual 5.

Why?

Because even though I double checked the Mash Tun valve. And even though I double checked the BK valve...

I forgot to double check the valve on the kettle I transferred the boiled wort to!!

At least the siphon quit before even more was lost.
