We knew it would be a big undertaking...but my buddy and I figured we need to take advantage of our free weekend days. Figured we could do it since we had 2 of everything equipment-wise except for the chiller. Had a minor mishap-and had to run out to get another propane tank...but all in all it was good. Amazingly, the right pots, MLTs, kettles, etc. were all available when they needed to be. 2 ESBs, a Cream Ale, and a Marzen later...we're treating ourselves to ribs tonight!
