Brewing up some Rye ale, hoping to err a little lighter on the hops. Got 100 bottles of hop brutality already that needs to be taken care of!
Thinking of doing some racking or bottling too, gonna be a busy night!
Halfway through the boil on my second batch of the day. First one was a wheat IPA and this one is going to be a German hefeweizen. HOT today. I would do a third bit I am all out of fermenters. Cheers!!!!
