Default 2 empty fermenters, 2 empty carboys and my wife is going out of town for a week.

I have room for 4 batches of beer now the hard part. What to put in them LoL! I am thinking at least 10G of Yoopers Dead Guy.

Revvy's Leffe blonde clone (a Belgian blonde) is superb. Can't recommend that one enough.

If you like Irish reds, I happen to think my big Irish red is the best of that style that I've ever had.

My mom went out of town for a week in the late 80's and my dad (though strictly verbotten!) had 104 trees chopped down on our property!

Go NUTS, man!! It's better to ask forgiveness than to ask permission...
