The video is a year old, but I found this while looking up malt conditioning & milling:


...and that's not all he did wrong! Wow, no wonder people think homebrew tastes awful.

That's hilarious. My favorite part is the look on his face when he tastes it for the first time. For all the new brewers on HBT, this is everything you SHOULDN'T do. Great find!

Actually, I think that was one of the first videos I saw last year when I was starting out with Mr. Beer. made me chuckle then and still gets a giggle even now:mug:

Who knew you could sub out coconut instead of hops.

I've gotta give him full marks for his honesty and, somewhat dry and perhaps inadvertent but nevertheless entertaining, sense of humour:mug:

It's hard to believe I sat through the whole video.
The guy says all the stuff he did wrong, from the 15 year old beer kit to the Baker's yeast and coconut.
I can't believe he had as many drinks of that stuff is he did.

"This is the first time I made beer, I didn't want to mess it up...I was using a kit that was 15 years old..."

I think this says it all, but the quotable "this is not what to do" quotes could go on and on...

The last couple minutes when he takes a taste is when the comedy gold begins.

"It sort of tastes like...It sort tastes like the flavor in your mouth when you burp...after you've been eating a lot of ah bread sticks or something. It's ah, wow, it's gross."
