That looks like a great solution to fermenting 10 gallon batches. Let us know how it turns out.

Hmm. Used on soft drinks. And it says pressure tested. I wonder if they can be used as kegs. Although 15 gallons is still way more than I could use at one time.

The "distillers" have been using these for a while with good results. Rack it all into a 1/2 barrel keg still and good to go. But that's a different forum.
