I like fresh beer , EXAMPLE: I made an IPA that has over a pound of just centennial hops in it. 1-1/2 weeks in the primary @ 15psi, transferred then brought up to 35psi. I hooked it up @ 13psi for the next 5 days on gas while it chilled. Fresh beer can be good.
