Well I got the 14.5 Gal. Conical Fermenter With Thermowell, Thermometer & Racking Arm with the butterfly valve upgrade (you get 2 on this model).

I just received it the other day. It only took 12 days from the time I ordered until it was delivered to me (It was an in stock model).

Following the directions I washed it with grease cutting soap and rinsed really well. Washed it with Bar Keepers Friend to passivate the stainless steel. It now says to let it sit a week to finish passivating. So far everything looks great on it. I can't wait to use it.

Just a couple of potential downsides I see right now. The blow off at the top is a 90 degree tube with barbs on the end. Every other port to this thing is a tri-clamp fitting...I feel like this should be too. It would certainly give you more options. Second note is that the thermowell is too high to take temps of a 5 gallon batch.
