Comments: Technically I guess these would be considered "open" as the lids just rest on the top of the keg. Have had great results with these, I keep them swamped in a large rubbermaid tote while fermenting.

When I get a temp.controller, I'll be able to ferment in these quite nicely I think in a fridge.
