Default will mozz recipes scale?
New to cheese making. Looking at making mozzarella with 1/2 gal of milk instead of 1. Any reason it wouldn't scale right?

No reason I can see why they wouldn't.

This save blues, mold ratios have scale breaks.

yup . . . I make 2 and 3 lbs at a time when needed
