Default My First Farmers Cheese: Fromage Blanc

I made some of this last night and chilled it till this morning. It tastes so good on toast!!

Fromage Blanc: Cheese Spread

Ingredients:
1 quart fresh, local whole milk
1 cup active-culture buttermilk
2 tsp lemon juice or white vinegar, more if needed
3/4 tsp salt, or to taste

Here is a video on how to make it.
