Used the Method that was in BYO a few months ago.

The texture was right, but it did not taste very good.
It was really plain.
I used 1 tsp liquid rent instead of 1 tablet too.
I added salt when i put it on crackers at it was much better.
You're right- plain mozzarella is pretty, well, plain. Salt definitely is a key here. Salt while you're microwaving it, get it mixed in then.
