Default Yeast starters

How long can you store a yeast starter?

A week with ease. Just be sure to warm it back up (room temp) before using it.

A week active but you can store it for months to a year, then pour off the liquid and add the yeast to a new starter and re-energize it.

I have had luck with bottling it. Just check the pressure by recapping every 4 day's for 2 weeks then cap and forget it all the while keeping it at fridge temp.

I've kept a fermented starter in the fridge for about a month. Just warmed it to room temp and pitched it and it worked fine.

YMMV.
