Default Yeast Starter

It is ok to leave a starter yeast sitting for 3 days? I know that most people pitch the yeast starter after 2 days but would it be ok to sit for one more day?

Yes, it'll be fine. If you can't brew until the weekend you may want to place it in the fridge and pull it out the morning of brew day to get to room temp.

Perfect, put it in the fridge to settle the yeast, and then decant out the nasty oxygenated 'beer' on top and dumb the yeast slurry into your wort.
