I'd put that sucker in the secondary. It won't hurt, and can really help your beer IMO. Sure it's a weizen, and you want the yeast in suspension, but letting the beer set for a while without the trub and sediment on the bottom is a good thing. Besides, your gravity may still drop a couple more points, and if you have bottled it already, you may end up with overcarbonated beer.
On the other hand, you are eager to brew another batch... That's the perfect reason to invest in another fermenter. Grab a $10 carboy, or a cheap plastic bucket, and you'll never have to worry about that problem again... Well, I shouldn't say "never..." I've got two carboys and a new "better bottle", and I've decided that I need another. You can never have enough fermenters!
