When oxygen is introduced to beer, it'll take some time for it to really effect the flavor.

I messed up the bottling of my first batch pretty bad, but they treated alright at first. Being my first batch, I drank it pretty fast, but kept one bottle to see how it would age. I tried it 2 months after bottling and it was undrinkable.

Drinking: Orange Saison
Bottle conditioning: APA
Fermenting: RIS

Well undrinkable can depends on the people who drink it. My beer is also bottled 2 months ago or so and it is drinkable (at least for me) but yeah the taste is just like the water with beer aroma.
