Default Stopper

I use a No.10 on my better bottles. What is the best way to install these stoppers. When they are wet from a starsan solution they will not stay in, just keep popping out. I have used buckets in the past so this is the first time I have run into this problem.

I'm just guessing (I don't have a Better Bottle), but maybe you could tape it down until it dries?

Will carboy caps fit on Better Bottles?

Switch to iodophor. It doesn't have that problem.

I sanitize stoppers and carboy necks with VODKA! It's a problem with glass carboys too.

+1 to drying with a paper towel. I haven’t had a problem yet. Beer is a very durable product, more so then people give it credit for I think.

i've taped the stopper on top of both a glass carboy and a better bottle, it keeps it pressed down long until it dries and then doesn't pop up anymore.
