Default Sparge efficiency

I do a continues sparge and would like to know what the efficiency is. does any one have a formula or some way I would be able to figure this out?

i use Promash for pretty much all that stuff. it makes things so much easier.

it takes a bit of playing around with it, but it really makes htings easier
