Milling under water at mash temperatures.......


I can across this concept while reading this book.

Does anybody know a brewery that uses the Hydromill?

Is it revolutionary, or just a novelty?

It looks like its best benefits are for commercial scale brewing.

Kai was talking about it on an efficency podcast. I can't remember if it's brewstrong or basic brewing.

I agree it's only going to benefit the pros. Not much use in hb'ing

Yeah. I have a lathe I need to get working. If I'm going to build a mill I don't think building one for under water would be that much harder. I just don't know if it would be worth the extra effort.
