Default Single Infusion Mash ok for Torrified Wheat?

Anybody have any experience using a single temp infusion mash for a beer with a large amount of flaked or torrified wheat? I'm brewing a Belgian Wit with roughly 50% malted barley and 50% torrified wheat and a small amount of flaked oats. My system doesn't really support multi-step mashes. Has this worked for anyone? If so, did you notice a little drop in efficiency or any other things to look out for? Thanks.

Torrified wheat is pregelatinized, so the starches are readily available for enzyme attack and conversion. You should be ok using it in a single infusion mash, just beware of stuck mash tendencies. A few handfuls of rice hulls might be a good insurance policy, as well as using a little 6-row for the extra diastatic enzyme boost.
