Sorry for the late reply, but I add water from a PUR filter that I treat w/campden tablets for chlorine/chloramines w/o the worry of boiling or steriliszation, but Bsquared makes a great point/argument.

Where I live the climate is so dry and hot during the summer I don't even begin to worry about buggies in water.
