Default secondary conditioning.

I'm trying to determine when to dry hop. I still have some small bubbles floating up in the carboy. I was planning to bottle this coming weekend and I wanted to dry hop 3-5 days before hand.

I guess what I'm trying to figure out is do these little bubbles mean it is still working and needs longer? Any way to determine how much longer?
