So, what do people think is the best sanitation product? I've used a couple ... Ease would be great, but of course effectiveness is of the utmost importance.

I use starsan.
There's a breakdown of pros and cons of various sanitizers here, if you're interested.

PBW or Oxyclean, scrub/wipe down and then rinse to CLEAN.
Then....
Starsan and no rinse to SANITIZE.
That is my method of choice and it works very well.
