Default Questions about bottling my first lager

I did Mutilated1's Bitburger clone, http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f58/cats...ilsner-100625/ and I have a few questions regarding bottling. It has been lagering @35 for about a month. I have read that I do not really need to add yeast at bottling since it has not been lagering for months. Would it hurt to add have a packet of dry lager yeast for insurance? My second question is do I need to bring it up to room temp before bottling?

There's really no need. Just let the beer do it's think at above 70 degrees for at least 3 weeks and it should carb up fine.

Would it hurt? Probably not. But take Revvy's advice and you'll be fine.

Thanks for the advice. I am glad Revvy chimed in. Good to see you are getting better and well enough to get back to work on HBT
