Default Question on clarity

I have just done my first dry hop, and in my secondary it looks like my week and a half of clearing the beer before I did it was a total waste.

When you dry hop does it always make it look a little more cloudy again? Should I cool it down before I bottle to see if it will fall to the bottom?

mix a tsp of gelatin in a cup of boiling water, let it cool. Pour into the carboy and swirl a bit with a sanitized spoon, the gelatin will crash out most of the yeast and hop particles.

Hi,
I agree on the gelatin - polyclar also works well.

Make sure you mix them in at least 5-7 days before bottling to give everything a chance to settle out - this will reduce the sediment in your bottles.

Here's some more clarity tips if you are concerned about it.

Cheers,
Brad

I put 2oz of cascade in my IPA's keg and it's pouring crystal clear now. It took just under 2 weeks in the cold though.
