Default Question on aging

Hello all,

Tomorrow I am going to be brewing a Fat Tyre clone (AG--the BYO version) and I am planning on adding 2 tsp or so of pumpkin pie mix in the last 15 minutes of the boil, a spiced amber ale. My plan was to bottle this beer and let it age until October or so (the season for spiced beer) Should be around 5.5%abv so my question is will it be fine to age it until then?

Also, if anyone has any advice for adding the spice let me know....2tsp was just a conservative guess.

i have no idea on the spice, but you'll be just fine aging it until october. in fact, it'll likely be hitting its peak around then.

I just kegged that same beer after 4 weeks from brewing it. I think it needs another 4 weeks. It should be really good by october.
