I think I used about a one cup of priming sugar, seemed to work out fine for about 5 gallons. - Dirk

I've used between 2/3 cup and a full cup and I've settled on about 3/4 of a cup of corn sugar for a 5.5 gallon batch. It provides a good carb and a nice head but doesn't get unruly when you pour.
