Default Pouring

So I just went to pour one of my brews and due to lack of paying attention, I ended up with a ton of head. So naturally, when my awful pour started to settle, I poured some more in.

I go to take a taste and cringed a bit because of the bitterness. I then realized that by pouring several times, I suspended the yeast again.

Note to self: pour slowly, and only once.

Yuck.

Update: yeast settled to the bottom of the glass. Taste has improved.

Woot.
