Default Peach Wheat

It's summer and I snagged some unbelievable peaches at an orchard this weekend. My family normally makes something called "Peach Pit Jelly" using the skins and pits of the peaches. We boil the pits and the skins to make a syrup for the jelly. I thought to myself... why not use this syrup to make a beer instead? I was considering different beers and settled on a peach wheat. Does anyone have any thoughts on other methods of getting a subtle peach flavor into my beer? I'm not a huge fan of fruity beers, so I figure this method would give me the perfect amount of peach flavor. Additionally, does anyone have any recipes for peach beer they would like to share (AG or extract). Can't wait to brew this beer!

Cheers
