Default O ring issues

I bought new O rings for my kegs for the In and Out stems.

The old O rings were cracked and stick out a little from the stem for sealing.
The new ones leak and are slightly recessed into the stem and its the only O rings they sell.

I got standard Ball lock kegs.

Few of the only O rings was good and can use them for now so what a fix to this mess?

Exactly where did you get them from? I'm sure they're one size too small and they're being stretched, reducing their cross-sectional diameter.
