Making A Starter
I want to make a batch of Sam75's The Standard IPA this friday and I am thinking I should make a starter. My LHBS is closed on monday and tuesday, so I will pick the yeast up on wednesday. Will that be enough time for friday evening? Also, what is the best vessel to make a starter in. I already have another air lock, what should I put it on? Lastly, how much extract should I use in the starter? :confused:
