cootr, you might want to consider building on top of RO water. It's difficult to find distilled under a buck a gallon. If you have a water store nearby, they'll be in the 40-50/gallon cent range for RO. You'll be using fewer additives as well.

Yah, Brewater3.0 has about 20 water profiles... it is excellent, Id google it!
