Anti-Foam Recipe:
80 Part Food Grade Hydrophobic Silica
20 Part Food Grade Silicone Oil
0.1 Part Food Grade Surfactant
Stir it up and it will turn into a thick paste.
I make it at my work and it is amazing.
For 4L starters, barely stick the end of the clean stirring spoon in the paste and swirl it around the Erlenmeyer flask. After that you can boil all day long.
