Right now I'm brewing my first big beer in a while, and I will be "late wort hopping" I believe is the term. Basically 80% of my hops are going in in the last 20 min. I think usually its the last 15 but I wanted a few more ibus.
5lb marris otter
1 oz cascade 120 min (yeah I know)
1 oz centennial 20 min
3 oz mix of 2oz amarillo and 1 oz simcoe over the last 15 min
1 oz amarillo dry hop
1 oz simcoe dry hop
I'm hoping for a hoppy one!!
