Lagering @40 in a keg?
Heres my situation. I have 1 keg in a mini-fridge. The fridge is at a constant 40 degrees due to technical difficulties (just trust me on this one). I can fit another keg in there that I could use for lagering.

Would 40 degrees constant be ok for fermenting/lagering, I usually see 50 for fermenting and then lower for lagering?

How do you guys go about putting a bubbler on a keg? pull out one of the posts and use that hole?

Sorry if theres are silly questions, i just really want to brew an Oktoberfest!

Lagering, yes. Fermentation, no. Very few lager yeasts ferment below 50F, the lowest I've seen is 48F.
You can pull a post and use a very small stopper.

40 is fine for lagering, 32 is better but since you have issues 40 is just fine.
Fermenting at 40 well....that depends on the yeast that you are using and it's fermentation range. I have seen some as low as 42. I would recommend a strain that will fit your needs.

I also managed a good lager in a non-temperature controlled fridge at 40F. Turned out fine.
