I am making an IPA and have extra Liberty hops, would it be ok to just throw them in?

Liberty is great flavor and aroma hop, and pretty low on the bitterness scale. I would say that you can throw about as much as you want in there towards the end of the boil (or dry-hopped in the fermenter.)
