Default Hopback temperature

Have any of you ever cooled the wort to lower temperatures and then ran it thru the hopback. Would you get a different hop character at 160 degrees than you would at 200 ?

I haven't cooled before doing it, but I would imagine the results would be less impressive.

160 degrees might be enough to strip oils from the hops, but I can't imagine it will be as effective as doing it with 200 degree wort.
