..... how to gain all bitterness from post boil additions? Can anyone here do it correctly, repeatedly and feel very confident doing it? If so and you are willing to share your thoughts, please do. I have yet to see a really good article or thread with definitive instructions for success. I am in my early testing stages using 10% efficiency as a guideline while I hopstand stand from about 205-195 which is about a 1/2 hour. After this I am doing another 170-160 degree stand for another 1/2 hour. Any thoughts?
