Default Harvesting Yeast?

So we all know yeast can be pretty expensive. Sometimes this is half the cost of my ingredients. What is the best way to harvest and store yeast from the bottom of the primary? Anyone have any sites?
thanks
rich

Welcome to another side of homebrewing!
Biggest piece of advice: STERILITY!
There are some good books out there, I have a couple however "First Steps in Yeast Culture" by Pierre Rajotte is really simple and to the point.
Here are just a few sites:

I found this link is helpful too as it has some nice big photos to illustrate the difference between 'just trub' and the yeast you're trying to wash out of it.
