Default Freeze, thaw and re-freeze starter wort?

I usually save about 2 quarts of wort each time I brew for future starters. I put the saved wort in a ½ gallon plastic juice container and put it in the freezer waiting for the day I need it. I had planned on doing a brew this weekend, so I pulled the container of frozen wort from the freezer and put it in the refrigerator to thaw. Problem is I have to change my plans, so I’m wondering if I can re-freeze the wort and thaw it out when needed. I won’t be able to brew until the last week of May.

Thanks

tom

Sure, but I would boil it for 10-15 minutes before you pitch your starter.
