Too bad I did not reply to your first post sooner. I have to agree with the let it age out option. Your calculation of 63 IBUs is close to what what I come up with on my own spreadsheet using a 15% utilization. 75 IBU's would be more inline if this was a full 5 gallon boil using a 25% utilization. Leaving it in the secondary for several weeks followed by several weeks in the bottle should mellow the overall profile into what you were going for and eliminate the need for adding finings.

I tasted the Kaduva IPA tonight when I racked it to the secondary; it's good. No uber-bitterness to be found whatsoever.

After tasting, I threw an ounce of cascade plugs into the secondary.

That's 6 oz of hops in this puppy.... SHAZAM!
