I don't know how, but my Schmidling rollers on my mill must have moved. As mentioned above, I have the Model A, where only one side is adjustable. So, last night, prior to milling my grains, I went to .020ish on my adjustable side, bearing in mind that the other side is factory set and non adjustable at .045 (or.035, I'd have to check the papersork). Well, Lo and behold, my crush looks like it did when I first got my new Mill about 6 months ago. It has broken husks and a nice Floury texture mixed in. We'll see in about 2 hours if I went to narrow on the Gap as I have my HLT heating up right now.
