Default Extra, extra, extra late addition

Defrosted the kegger yesterday and found a small baggie of crushed grains. I then remembered my LHBS has a bulk/light mill & small dark/specialty grain mill. Close examination determined that it was probably intended for the Bend Rod Rye, Dextrine malt and Black Patent. So, I checked a sample of the BRR and decided to steep it along with some enzymes.

So, in it goes at week 5.

Week 5? So what happens if the new sugars don't ferment? I don't know much about kegging, but extra unfermented fermentables in the bottle would spell disaster.
