Default Eisbock freeze time

Ow long does it generally take to freeze enough water in an Eisbock. Since it doesn't look like feb is going to be freezing this year in Tx I thought I would wire my fc to go down to 25 ( at 35 now). How long should I leave the corny in there?

There is no set time. It is all dependent on volume and temperature. You're going to have to shake the keg periodically and listen for the ice crystals.

I was hoping I could leave it in the fc for a few hours. Opening it up will start it's warming.
