Default dry hopping wet?

It seems like I have read about using hot water around 150-160 deg F to soak the hops in before dry hopping increases the extraction during the dry hop any one heard of doing this? I about to start my dry hopping schedule today (an almost pliney clone) and I was wondering if I should soak the hops in some hot water.

Default

i did this with my last batch and i used 170 degree h2o. I found that it helps add more to the beer and also the hops are already hydrated when you add them so they dont end up soaking up as much beer. I used whole hops when i did this.
