Wait until the beer drops clear, then toss pellet hops into primary. Package after 5-7 days.

Ditto. Or if whole cone hops, toss hop bag into primary.

To bag, or not to bag... that is your choice.
I prefer no bag. Rack the beer with a nylon mesh bag secured around the auto-siphon. That will prevent clogging and keep out any hop particles.
I typically leave the beer in the primary for 3-4 weeks including the dryhop, or primary 2-1/2 weeks then secondary 1-1/2 weeks w/dryhop.

You can do that too. It flocs & drops pretty well on its own.

Not really necessary. If you treated your yeast nicely, they will drop out of their own accord when they're done working.

I let it ferment 2 weeks, dumped pellets into the primary, bottled a week later. I don't think yeast has anything to do with it.
05/001/1056 does show lower flocculation than other yeasts, but it's not a problem. If you're bottle conditioning, just leave the bottles in the fridge for a few days and pour carefully. If you're kegging, the cold crash will happen in the keg.
