I need some help in calculating the dilution of some infused limoncella I've made.
I hope it is ok to post this here. I want to specify, I did not make the alcohol! I bought Everclear legally (95%) and infused it with lemon zest.
So I have 1.75 Liters of lemon-infused 95% pure Everclear. I need to dilute it to 30% alcohol with the sugar syrup solution I have. How much syrup do I need to add?
