Decoction Mashing???
Can someone explain to me what is necessary in order to do a correct decoction mash? I just talked to my buddy that read that you are supposed to boil the mash between each step...something to do with hot side aeration. I'm confused

Decootions are not as hard as they seem. Its a good thing to learn.
